It replaces the 2017 companion edition which extended the descriptions of tavern clocks from the original 300 clocks to 500. In this new Extended Edition the archive of clocks has grown from c.500 to c.700.This book is not a treatise on the clockmakers but an archive of the public and private records of the existence of these beautiful timepieces.
